A one-day retreat featuring forest bathing, pasture tai chi, and equine experiential learning with expert facilitators Helen Ingersoll, owner of Sincerus Healing, and Daniel Hatcher, MPH, a certified forest bathing and Strala Yoga guide.

This one-day retreat on Saturday, March 21 will guide you through nature-based techniques to hone your self-awareness, verbal and non-verbal communication skills, and techniques to support your own physical, mental, and emotional being.

$135 per person.

A fresh, catered lunch will be provided. All meals and materials are included in the registration fee.

This event takes place entirely outdoors and will be postponed in case of inclement weather. Please see our refund policy for details.

PLEASE NOTE: This event takes place at two separate locations, 10-minutes apart. Attendees will need to provide their own transportation.The morning portion will be at The Land at Hawkins Loop in Hurdle Mills, NC. The afternoon session will take place at Sincerus Healing/Frog Pond Farm in Cedar Grove, NC - a 10-minute drive from Hawkins Loop.
